Day of Bulgaria

ESN Svishtov together with the Centre for International Affairs at D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics - Svishtov (Bulgaria) organised a cultural day for incoming summer school students from Suez Canal University, Ismailia (Egypt). Presentations about the country, traditions and rose oil manufacturing were delivered to the students in order to familiarise them with Bulgarian spirit. After the presentations local cuisine was presented including banitsa, boza, yoghurt, rose jam, etc.
